When Mint Velvet expanded into America they wanted their USA catalogue to keep the same qualities as the UK. So we worked to find a format that was still efficient for the US postal system, but very similar to UK.
Then a US web offset print partner capable of efficiently matching the same colour standards as our UK sheet fed print partner. And then a way to supply the European paper into USA.
The end result being two catalogues that look identical and use the same smooth white 100% eucalyptus paper. Avoiding the cost and delay of shipping to USA, and the cost of re artworking the catalogues for different formats.
