We deliver this through a three-stage AIM process – Audit, Implement, Manage.
Audit: evaluate the global requirements, define the products and challenges, report and review.
Implement: Vendor analysis, research material options, construct the workflow, build and test implementation plan.
Manage: Project management, review and delivery. Leading to the development of a brand control centre, giving access to materials and collateral to AMAN stakeholders.
